Description
Endrust UB702 is a chemical and abrasion resistant high build epoxy mastic coating which is typically spray applied to the following areas.
- The complete underbody and chassis
- Lower cavities of the front and rear guards.
- Wheel arches, fuel, air, and hydraulic tanks
- Transfer casing, driveline, axles, and differentials.
- Suspension components, brake housings, and steering arms.
- Fixing points for tow bars, bull bars, and side steps.
Endrust ML602 is a fogging style “Cavity Wax” purpose-designed to float and coat inside box sections and hard-to-access panels.
- Inside Door cavities, Pillars, Rocker Panels and Box Sections.
- Inside Bonnet & Boot lid stiffeners and tailgate areas.
- Inside Chassis rails
Endrust RX CLEAR is a 1K anti-corrosive Clearcoat which is spray applied to the entire engine compartment including:
- all painted areas plus nuts, bolts, and fixings.
- upper and lower radiator supports.
- behind the headlights and grill.
- particular attention to seams, joints plus around and beneath Battery.
Options and Related Treatments
- CATIII Electronic Anti-Corrosion System – For a complete anti-corrosion solution, you should consider the advantages of installing a CAT System. Electronic Anti-Rust Systems can protect all those areas of your vehicle that cannot or shouldn’t be sprayed with chemical rustproofing – Please enquire.
- Underbody or Upperbody only treatments may be more suitable in some situations – please enquire.
- Some or all of the exterior painted surfaces can be coated with our Endrust PSX CLEAR 2K Teflon/Polyurethane Clearcoat to provide long-term protection against attack by water, acids, and most chemicals. This product is ideal for Roofs, Gutters, Doors, Bonnets, Side steps, Bullbars in fact its applications are almost unlimited. Endrust PSX CLEAR is UV stable (will not go yellow) and will not significantly change the appearance of the substrate. It can also be removed or repaired easily at any time if required.
- Rhino Lining – Polyurethane spray-on tray and surface coating – Ideal for inside load areas and to encapsulate and permanently protect high impact areas such as bull bars, side steps, internal floor pans, mudguards, wheel arches, chassis rails, and most underbody components. Rhino Lining can be sprayed to any thickness, is slip-resistant, prevents Rust and Corrosion, is Waterproof and chemical resistant, and will not be damaged by flying debris or rocks – please enquire about how our Rhino Lining product can protect your vehicle.
